How we store your data

Your data is securely stored and we never store payment details. The below table shows the data we collect and store.

Data stored indefinitely:

  • Ticket Holder Name
  • Ticket Holder Email
  • Ticket Holder Address
  • Ticket Holder Phone Number
  • Cardholder Name
  • Cardholder Email
  • Cardholder Address
  • Cardholder Phone Number
  • Last 4 Card Digits
  • Customer IP
  • Approximate IP Location
  • Some custom data collection fields may also be captured by this store

Data stored temporarily:

  • Cookies + Sessions during checkout (cleared afterwards)
  • Photo ID if required to validate your order - deleted 90 days after the event.
  • Some log files may contain your IP address for up to 180 days.

We ensure all data is securely handled, with any sensitive information encrypted in our secure, managed data centres.

If you would like a copy of all data stored for you, or you would like your data removed/anonymised, please fill out the below form.

Once we receive your request we will contact you within 3 working days to verify your identity and then complete the request.

MTL Healing Space Data Policy

MTL Healing Space Media Release Waiver

I hereby grant MTL Healing Space (“the Organizer”), and its representatives, licensees, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Permitted Parties”), the right to photograph, film, and otherwise record my image, likeness, voice, and/or participation during any events, programs, or activities held at or in association with MTL Healing Space (the “Recording”).

I authorize the Permitted Parties to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, and publicly display the Recording, in whole or in part, in any format or media (whether now known or hereafter developed), for purposes that may include, but are not limited to: educational, promotional, marketing, documentation, and fundraising uses—without limitation as to time or geographic location.

I understand and agree that:

  • I will not receive compensation for the use of the Recording.
  • MTL Healing Space is not required to use the Recording and may discontinue use at any time.
  • The Recording may be used without further notice, review, or approval by me.

MTL Healing Space is committed to maintaining a respectful and consensual environment. If, for any reason, you wish to have a specific photo or video containing your image removed from our digital platforms (website, social media), we will honor your request.


To request a takedown, please email us at hello@mtlhealing.spacewith the title PHOTO

In your email, please include:

  • Your full name.
  • The date and name of the Event you attended.
  • A description of the photo/video or, if possible, a screenshot or link to where it is posted. 


Please note that removal of photo/videos can take up to 14 days and may not extend to materials already distributed in print or cached in systems beyond our immediate control.

I affirm that the information I provide to MTL Healing Space is accurate and does not infringe on the rights of any third party. I release the Organizer and the Permitted Parties from any claims arising from the use of the Recording, including but not limited to claims for libel, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral or publicity rights.

I acknowledge that I am over 18 years of age and legally authorized to sign this agreement on my own behalf.
